The meeting we had together in Utrecht was very layered (and festive!) and put us in the mood for our anniversary. The NSvP is an organization not headed by a single director, but where employees and the board must determine the course together. By having you facilitate such a meeting, everyone gets a voice, and synergy emerges between the various ideas and a clear direction, without any one person having a dominant voice. This made the centenary truly a shared celebration.
The ideas for a joint lunch in the summer were very helpful and turned out very well, with a delicious lunch and lots of informal contact with our network. It made us realize that a whole group of people contributed to the development, and it was wonderful to have them together. It put them in the spotlight, created connections, and reactivated the network.'
