Since 2021, CAOS has managed the operational organisation of Rijkswaterstaat’s biannual RWS Management Conference four times in a row.
An event that expanded from 275 to more than 580 participants in just two years — all of them leaders within RWS.

Each edition focused on providing direction, offering inspiration, and fostering dialogue. Through interactive sessions, creative formats, current themes, and engaging speakers, every programme delivered real impact.
CAOS was responsible for the complete execution: from preparation and room allocation to registration, logistics, and coordination with external AV and catering partners.

The close collaboration with RWS resulted in a well-organised and highly appreciated event — edition after edition.
