For the World Endoscopy Organisation (WEO), CAOS organised a large-scale scientific congress with more than 3,200 participants from over 40 countries. On the exhibition floor, 60 international exhibitors showcased their innovations. The programme featured live surgeries from five countries, inspiring plenary sessions, and parallel sessions with more than 800 papers and posters.

We were responsible for the entire scientific programme, supporting both the organising committee and the WEO Secretariat, and managing the budget. In short: overseeing the project as a whole, from concept to execution.

For the most remarkable posters, we brought the content literally into the hallways with spontaneous and interactive pop-up sessions — well-attended and full of energy.

We opened with a spectacular traditional Korean dance, and closed with a festive dinner: a K-Pop band that got the audience moving, followed by a breathtaking demonstration by traditional martial artists showcasing their craft to perfection.
