For us, organising sustainably means making conscious choices — from the first idea to the final breakdown. We work with trusted local partners, choose vegetarian or plant-based food by default, and avoid disposable materials. Wherever possible, we reuse what already works — from name badges to signage — or we select circular alternatives.

We look beyond our own events. As Green Ambassadors within the industry association IDEA, we help shape a greener future for the entire sector. We share knowledge, learn from others, and collaborate with venues, caterers, and suppliers. Because together, we make a difference — step by step, event by event.
